You know the drill - hover over photos.

These few days have been pretty hectic. Writing, shooting, reports, brainstorming. Learning how to pluck my eyebrows. Blogging, working, drafting out store layouts. Eyeing on birthday cakes. Planning for anniversaries on the wrong date, boxing, hitting the snooze button. To add on, I’m four months in with The Goldfinch and barely done.

This struggle is non-fictional.

With little time spent away from civilisation, I’m making it a point to leave a few blank spaces in my planner to gain a broader perspective on emotions. I’ve been in quite the mood for anything raw and easy to reach out to - accessible yet intriguing. I can’t guarantee that it has nothing to do with the assignments that have been bending towards the concept of injecting emotions into anything possible. In John Green’s proverbial terms, my work demands to be felt. (For your coincidental amusement, Ansel Elgort’s dad shot the second editorial)

1. I promise not to shop for two weeks and appreciate all clothing in current possession
2. I promise to buck up on my penmanship and write some Christmas cards this year
3. I promise to love the loud in the silent
4. I promise to do more squats and wear more jeans (no but really)

I’ll keep you updated.
